The opportunity

We are looking for talented individuals and are currently seeking a Site Manager to join our project team. We are looking for a positive, structured, and professionally engaged employee who can help build our team.

How you'll make an impact

As a Site Manager, you will oversee project activities on-site. This includes leadership, planning, coordination, and follow-up of:

• Project progress and resource use

• Project materials, equipment, and installation work

• Daily work with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) and quality

• Reporting and change management

You will work with the follow-up and assistance in the installation and rehabilitation of control and auxiliary systems. Additionally, you will provide technical support to our sales team. You will also act as our representative on-site, and extensive travel is to be expected.

Your background

• Bachelor's degree or technical college with a specialization in electrical power

• Certification as an energy fitter, group L, or DSB approval

• Relevant experience from the energy industry is an advantage

• Fluent in spoken and written Norwegian, as well as good presentation skills in English.
