We’re seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee daily cleaning operations across multiple client locations. This role is critical to our success and directly impacts service quality, team performance, safety, and client satisfaction. You’ll lead multiple cleaning teams across varied shifts while ensuring every site meets (and exceeds) contractual expectations.

  • Conduct routine site inspections and quality audits; resolve issues quickly
  • Ensure cleaning scopes, schedules, and checklists are executed flawlessly
  • Respond to urgent service needs, call-outs, and escalations with confidence

Team Leadership & Development

  • Supervise, coach, and support site supervisors and frontline cleaning staff
  • Ensure proper staffing, shift coverage, and strong attendance across sites
  • Participate in hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management

  • Build accountability, engagement, and pride within your teams

Scheduling & Workforce Management

  • Create and manage schedules across multiple sites and shifts (day, evening, overnight)

  • Coordinate coverage for absences, vacancies, and special client requests

Quality, Safety & Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with OSHA, safety standards, and company protocols
  • Lead safety meetings and enforce proper use of equipment and chemicals
  • Ensure all employees are trained on safety and site-specific requirements

Client Relations

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned client locations
  • Address concerns, service requests, and feedback professionally and promptly
  • Build strong client relationships and support long-term contract retention

Inventory & Equipment Management

  • Monitor and manage supplies, equipment, and inventory across sites
  • Ensure equipment is properly maintained, stored, and replaced as needed
  • Control supply usage and prevent waste or loss
  • Complete inspection, incident, and performance reports
  • Track KPIs including quality scores, attendance, turnover, and client satisfaction
  • Provide regular performance updates to senior leadership

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED (additional education a plus)
  • 2–5 years of supervisory or management experience in cleaning, janitorial, facilities, or service-based industries
  • Proven experience managing teams across multiple locations
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Mechanically inclined with experience using a variety of tools
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, nights, and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with pressure washing, floor care, and painting
  • Strong customer service mindset with attention to detail

Physical & Work Requirements

  • Ability to travel between multiple sites daily
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift 30–40 lbs as needed
  • Comfortable working in active, hands-on cleaning environments
  • Criminal background check required at certain client locations

Key Competencies for Success

  • Performance incentives or bonuses
  • Mileage reimbursement or company vehicle (if applicable)
  • Paid time off and benefits (where applicable)
