1) Organises, coordinates and controls subcontractors and appointed by the JTC and visiting subcontractors. Collate and manage all technical specifications, O&M documentation, drawings and compile all maintenance programs from all subcontractors. Track and monitor the maintenance programs;
2)Manages emergency and ad-hoc repairs, breakdown and troubleshooting works, including preparation and submission of cost estimates using Contract SOR or Star Rates. Provide technical support and attendance;
3) Attend to complaints and feedback from tenants;
4) Investigate and report tenancy infringements by tenants;
5) Attend to any other matters as assigned from time to time.
