Skilled Labourer

Job Summary
We are seeking a dependable and skilled Labourer's to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform a variety of manual tasks that support construction, maintenance, and operational activities across our projects. This role requires physical stamina, attention to safety, and the ability to work effectively within a team environment. The Skilled Laborer plays a vital part in ensuring projects are completed efficiently and to high standards.

Duties

• Assist with construction, renovation, or maintenance tasks as directed by supervisors
• Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Load, unload, and organize materials and supplies on-site
• Prepare work areas by cleaning, setting up equipment, and ensuring safety protocols are followed
• Support skilled tradespeople with their tasks as needed
• Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective gear at all times
• Perform general labour such as digging, lifting, carrying, and moving materials or equipment
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety and efficiency

Skills

• Proven experience in construction, general labor, or related fields is preferred but not required
• Ability to operate basic hand tools and power tools safely
• Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods
• Excellent teamwork skills with a focus on safety and quality workmanship
• Good communication skills to understand instructions clearly
• Ability to follow safety procedures diligently and maintain a clean work area
• Basic knowledge of construction or maintenance processes is a plus but not mandatory

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20.0 – 40.0 per week
