As a Snowsports Scheduling and Sales assistant, you will be at the forefront of creating unforgettable experiences for our guests. From accommodating bookings to offering personalised advice, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth operations and exceeding customer expectations. In a typical day in this role, you might:

  • Handle guest enquiries through various channels, from our office hub to email and phone.
  • Matchmake lesson bookings with our talented instructing team, creating unforgettable experiences for our guests.
  • Liaise with the Snowsports Supervisor team to resolve guest issues with ease.
  • Navigate an active an exhilarating workplace and participate in professional development opportunities.

To be considered for this role, you should have:

  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service role
  • A sound working knowledge of computer systems and processes
  • The ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
  • The ability to use initiative and provide exceptional customer service

Offers for these positions will begin to be sent out from late February. Employment start dates will vary depending on the role and snow conditions, but most roles start in June and finish in September.

Additional Information

Employment in our Scheduling and Sales team varies depending on the resort and employee availability. To identify your seasonal availability, you will be able to let us know in your application which option best suits you. Unlimited availability suggests team members will be able to commit to working up to 6 days per week for the duration of the winter season. Limited availability suggests team members will be able to commit at least the minimum availabilities as described for each resort.

Limited availability expectations for each resort:

  • Perisher - typically includes two (2) weeks during the New South Wales July school holidays and other peak periods when possible, or as otherwise agreed upon with the Snowsports School Senior Manager.
  • Falls Creek - typically includes two (2) weeks during the Victorian July school holidays and most weekends in August, or as otherwise agreed upon with the Snowsports School Senior Manager.
  • Hotham - typically includes two (2) weeks during the Victorian July school holidays and all weekends in August, or as otherwise agreed upon with the Snowsports School Senior Manager.

Staff accommodation may be available for successful applicants with unlimited availability. Successful applicants with limited availability will not be eligible for staff accommodation.
