Social Media Activist/Customer Service Representative/Storekeeper/Cashier/

We are looking for a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Store Keeper / Customer Service Representative. Key Responsibilities:

Marketing :

  • Post ads and product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
  • Monitor and update Marketplace listings to ensure they stay relevant and attract engagement.
  • Optimize ad content to improve visibility and drive traffic.
  • Respond to inquiries and engage with potential customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with Facebook Marketplace trends and best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy.

Track and report on ad performance to help improve future campaigns.Store keeping:

  • Manage inventory levels and ensure products are stocked correctly.
  • Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
  • Ensure all products are labeled and organized according to company standards.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
  • Customer Service:
  • Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
  • Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
  • Process sales transactions and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Maintain product knowledge to offer recommendations and promotions to customers.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certification in retail or customer service is a plus).
  • Proven experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
  • Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Brampton, ON L6T 5K1: reliably commute or be willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)

  • Secondary School (preferred)
