Key Responsibilities:
Marketing :
- Post ads and product listings on Facebook Marketplace.
- Monitor and update Marketplace listings to ensure they stay relevant and attract engagement.
- Optimize ad content to improve visibility and drive traffic.
- Respond to inquiries and engage with potential customers.
- Stay up-to-date with Facebook Marketplace trends and best practices.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align ads with overall brand strategy.
Track and report on ad performance to help improve future campaigns.Store keeping:

- Manage inventory levels and ensure products are stocked correctly.
- Conduct regular stock checks and assist with inventory control.
- Ensure all products are labeled and organized according to company standards.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Assist with receiving, checking, and storing deliveries.
- Customer Service:
- Greet customers warmly and provide outstanding customer service.
- Assist customers in finding products and making purchase decisions.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a friendly and professional manner.
- Process sales transactions and returns, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Maintain product knowledge to offer recommendations and promotions to customers.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (Additional certification in retail or customer service is a plus).
- Proven experience in retail, customer service, or inventory management.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused attitude.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
