Social Media Associate | Remote Work Setup

We are looking for a Social Media Associate who will be responsible for planning, creating, and managing social media content to support our clients' marketing objectives. The role involves creating engaging content, monitoring online conversations, analyzing social media performance, and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, strengthen audience engagement, and help drive sales across various social media platforms.

What You'll Do

• Create and curate engaging social media content and write compelling captions aligned with the client's brand and objectives.
• Monitor and manage online conversations, comments, reviews, and discussions to maintain a positive brand reputation.
• Track and analyze social media performance and campaign effectiveness, and recommend improvements as needed.
• Prepare social media reports and provide insights based on performance metrics.
• Perform basic photo and video editing to support content creation requirements.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communication Arts, Mass Communication, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience required in all three areas: social media management, content creation, and digital marketing.
• Basic photo and video editing skills
• Ability to analyze social media metrics and use data to improve campaign performance.
• Amenable to working on a night shift schedule.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
