Position Overview:
As a Social Media & Community Manager for BeOne, you will own the brand voice and presence across all owned SM and Community platforms. You’ll be the first hire in this function, crafting content, growing our audience, building community, and turning early followers into loyal advocates. This role is hands-on, strategic, and full of creative freedom. Reporting directly to the Head of Growth and working closely with ICEO’s VP of Growth, you will also be extensively collaborating with the other cross-functional partners at Growth, Design, and Product to shape how BeOne shows up in the digital space.

BeOne (stealth mode project): We are building a next-generation neobank that will redefine how individuals and businesses manage their money. With multi-currency accounts, ultra-low transaction fees, real-time global payments, and powerful financial tools, our platform seamlessly blends traditional and digital finance.

Responsibilities:
- Create & plan content. Create a content strategy, plan and lead publications across all owned SM channels (X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.) to grow BeOne’s presence and engage the audience. Plan weekly content calendars that align with product and growth strategy campaigns
- Act as trend watcher & thought leader. Stay ahead of social media, as well as crypto, fintech, and culture trends to keep BeOne’s SM voice fresh, relevant, and bold. Be able to analyse, align with brand strategy and be a thought leader to position BeOne as a fintech brand that stands out in social media
- Build and manage the Community. Monitor DMs, tags, and mentions across all SM channels and reply according to the brand’s ToV and guidelines. Create a Community strategy that will help to build and manage the BeOne community across Telegram, Discord, or Reddit. Create and run community engagement
- Support influence collaborations. Work closely with the Head of Growth to support influencer marketing campaigns by identifying and engaging relevant macro and micro creators in the crypto, finance, and Gen Z spaces. Assist with campaign execution, including briefing, asset coordination, content amplification, and performance tracking
- Track and optimize SM performance. Track and analyze social media performance using analytics tools to monitor engagement, reach, and follower growth. Report on key KPIs, test new content formats based on results and share community insights with the product and growth teams for continuous optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners. Participate in weekly BeOne team calls to share social and community updates, ensuring alignment with product launches, marketing campaigns, and partnerships. Collaborate closely with Designers, Ops, and Customer Support to develop campaign assets, maintain brand consistency, and support customer education through social content
- Professionally manage the Channels:
- Social Media: Twitter (X), LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube (later)
- Community: Telegram, Discord, Reddit
Requirements:
- A minimum of 3–5 years of relevant experience.
- Proven success in the Social Media space
Own a strong track record of building successful social media presence for brands across multiple platforms - Creative & trend-driven mindset
Being a natural trend watcher and thought leader, with the ability to approach content and strategy creatively based on a deep understanding of the target audience and SM trends. - SM platforms expertise.
In-depth knowledge of all major social media channels, ability to stay on top of updates, algorithm changes and emerging features. - Understanding of target segments.
A solid understanding of how to tailor social and content strategies for both retail and business-focused audiences. - Community management skills
Experience in building, managing and nurturing communities, ideally in fintech and/or Web3 environments. - Fast execution with high-quality
Ability to move quickly and efficiently while maintaining a high standard of content quality and brand alignment. - Storytelling & copywriting skills
Professional level of storytelling and copywriting to craft engaging content across formats and platforms.
- Content creation tools proficiency
Being a power user of photo, video editing and AI applications for social media content creation and post-production (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Suite, Canva, VN, etc.). - Strong English communication
Advanced level of English (both verbal and written), with clarity, tone, and grammar that meet international standards
Nice to have:
- Prior experience in fintech or crypto is an advantage
- Other foreign languages are a plus
