Job Title: Social Media and Personal Assistant
Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and creative individual to fill the dual role of Social Media and Personal Assistant. This position requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly transition between managing social media presence and providing comprehensive administrative support. The ideal candidate will be a skilled communicator, possess strong social media acumen, and be proficient in various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities:
Social Media:
- Develop and implement social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create and curate engaging content (text, images, videos) across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.).
- Manage social media communities, responding to comments and messages promptly and professionally.
- Track and analyze social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on social media trends and best practices.
Personal Assistant:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the CEO & executive team.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents as needed.
- Screen phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Handle personal errands and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for businesses or organizations.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office1 Suite or similar software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with graphic design and video editing tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics and reporting tools.
