Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Assist in creating, curating, and scheduling engaging content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn).
- Develop visually appealing graphics, videos, and other multimedia content using tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to generate content ideas that align with the company’s brand and goals.
- Social Media Management:
- Monitor and manage Penciledge LLC's social media accounts, including responding to comments, messages, and mentions.
- Help maintain a consistent posting schedule and ensure timely updates on all platforms.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to contribute creative ideas for campaigns and social media strategies.
- Engagement and Growth:
- Assist in growing the company’s social media following by engaging with followers, influencers, and communities.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide insights to improve engagement and reach.
- Research and identify trends, hashtags, and topics relevant to the industry and audience.
- Campaign Support:
- Support the execution of social media campaigns, including contests, giveaways, and promotional events.
- Assist in the planning and coordination of influencer partnerships and collaborations.
- Track and report on the success of social media campaigns.
- Market Research:
- Conduct research on competitors’ social media activities and identify opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay updated on the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
Qualifications:
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing software/tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative mindset with a passion for digital marketing and social media.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
