Key Responsibilities:

Social Media Management & Engagement

• Oversee all social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Assist in the integration of personal and business social media accounts.
• Perform social media moderation, including responding to comments/messages.
• Engage with the audience by liking, commenting, and interacting with the sphere of influence.
• Implement strategies to increase brand awareness and grow the LinkedIn page.

Content Creation & Strategy

• Develop an effective social media strategy tailored to the brand.
• Conduct trend and market research to optimize content.
• Utilize AI tools for content creation.
• Create, schedule, and manage a content calendar.
• Design graphics and images using Canva or similar tools.

Video Editing & Repurposing

• Perform basic video editing for social media.
• Repurpose existing videos into short-form content (YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook Stories).
• Chop and edit clips, adding descriptions and captions for multiple platforms.

Marketing & Advertising

• Distribute marketing materials across different channels.
• Assist in newsletter campaigns and Meta (Facebook) ads as part of the hiring process.

Experience & Proficiency

✅ Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
✅ Social media management experience as a VA (important).
✅ Proficiency in Canva, AI tools, and other social media management software.
✅ Basic video editing skills.
✅ Comfortable being on camera for meetings or discussions.

This role requires a creative and proactive VA with experience in content strategy, audience engagement, video editing, and social media growth.
