Social Media Manager And Content Creator

DJK Custom Homes is looking for a Social Media Content Marketer & Media Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with the potential for future growth. This role is perfect for a creative and technically skilled individual who enjoys content marketing, video production, and digital storytelling. You’ll be responsible for capturing and editing engaging content that highlights our custom homes, job sites, and company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Marketing:

• Develop and execute social media content strategies for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, and TikTok.

• Capture and edit jobsite videos, project showcases, and behind-the-scenes content.

• Write engaging captions, blog posts, and email marketing content to support brand awareness.

• Track and analyze social media performance, adjusting strategies to improve engagement.

Video & Media Production:

• Film and edit high-quality videos using professional camera and audio equipment.

• Operate and manage lighting, microphones, and drone footage for dynamic content.

• Edit videos for social media, website, and marketing campaigns using Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar software.

Podcast & Audio Production:

• Manage, record, and edit the company podcast for distribution on platforms like Spotify and Apple Podcasts.

• Assist in scheduling and preparing topics for podcast episodes.

Print & Traditional Marketing Support:

• Assist in creating brochures, flyers, and other marketing materials.

• Support event marketing with photography and video coverage.

Qualifications:

• Experience in social media marketing, video production, and content creation.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar editing tools.

• Ability to operate cameras, drones, microphones, and lighting equipment.

• Strong storytelling and branding skills.

• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with podcast production and distribution.

• Knowledge of construction, real estate, or home building marketing is a plus.

• Photography and basic graphic design skills for social media and print materials.
