We are seeking a motivated and creative Virtual Assistant who will serve as our Social Media Manager and Sales Lead. Job Description:
As a Virtual Assistant - Social Media Manager & Sales Lead, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies to enhance our online presence and drive sales leads. You will work closely with our marketing team to create engaging content, manage our social media accounts, and track performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities:

- Social Media Management:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others.
- Create, schedule, and publish engaging content (graphics, videos, articles) that aligns with our brand voice and marketing goals.
- Monitor social media channels for customer inquiries and respond promptly and professionally.
- Analyze social media metrics and generate reports on performance, engagement, and growth to inform strategies.

- Sales Lead Generation:
- Identify and research potential leads through social media and other online channels.
- Engage with leads via social media, email, and other communication methods to nurture relationships.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop targeted campaigns for lead conversion.
- Track and report on lead generation efforts and sales performance metrics.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, tools, and best practices.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Google Analytics).
- Experience with lead generation and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php27,500.00 - Php44,000.00 per month
