Social Media Marketing Intern

Internship Description:

As a Social Media Marketing Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our marketing team to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience, mainly on Instagram, Tiktok & Xiaohongshu.

This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in social media marketing specifically tailored to the financial services sector. You will work closely with the higher management to create and execute social media campaigns that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and execution of social media marketing strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Tiktok & Xiaohongshu.
• Create engaging and relevant content, including graphics, posts, and articles that resonate with our target audience.
• Monitor social media channels, respond to comments, and engage with followers to foster community engagement.
• Analyze social media performance metrics and prepare reports on campaign effectiveness and engagement.
• Conduct research on industry trends and competitor social media strategies to identify new opportunities for content and engagement.
• Collaborate with the Events Management Team to bring audience from online to offline exclusive events/campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Min. A Level qualification, Local Diploma Holder or Currently Undergraduate
• Strong understanding of social media platforms and their role in business marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) is a plus.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hootsuite) is desirable.
• A passion for financial services and a desire to learn about the industry.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
