Role Overview
As our Video Editor, you’ll produce thumb-stopping content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You’ll spot trends, bring fresh creative energy, and collaborate with our content team. New to AI editing? No problem—we’ll train you!

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble raw footage into polished, engaging short-form videos
• Use AI editing tools to streamline workflows and add creative effects
• Stay current with social media video trends to maximize engagement
• Collaborate with the Social Media Coordinator to align content with marketing goals
• Manage multiple projects and deliver on weekly deadlines
• Participate in feedback sessions and regular portfolio reviews
• Contribute creative ideas and be open to rapid learning and upskilling

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of social media video content (TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Proficiency in video editing tools (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro)
• Creative mindset, strong storytelling, and attention to detail
• Experience with AI editing tools is a plus—but if you’re eager to learn, we’ll train you!
• Able to work full-time (flexible, but CST hours during onboarding)

Compensation & Benefits

• $5–$7/hour during onboarding
• Bonuses for viral videos
• Pay increases after 3 months and at 1 year
