We’re looking for a digital storyteller who can turn our content into scroll-stopping moments across TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn. This isn’t just about posting—it’s about fostering a community and creating conversations that matter.

• Make social gold: Transform Volv content into bite-sized digital experiences that people can’t help but share. Platform-optimized social media posts that resonate with our target audience. You’ll create visuals and videos that not only look good but evoke genuine reactions.
• Build community: Cultivate our digital community by fostering genuine connections with each interaction. Anyone can post content. You’ll be the person who asks the question everyone’s thinking but nobody’s saying and responding to comments like you would to a friend—with genuine curiosity, thoughtfulness, and the occasional perfect gif.
• Work Smart: Use data to figure out what resonates, when to post it, what to post, and how to stay ahead of what’s next—before everyone else jumps on it.

Requirements and Qualifications

• Develop and execute creative content and social media strategies to grow brand awareness and engagement
• Experience in video creation and graphic design with a keen eye for aesthetics
• Familiarity with AI tools for content creation (InShot, CapCut, more)
• Passion for TikTok, Instagram, X, and LinkedIn
• Excellent written and visual communication skills
• Monitor social media trends, algorithms and incorporate them into our content
• Track performance and optimize content
• Engage with followers and respond to comments/messages in a timely manner
• Ability to work independently and remotely
