We’re hiring: Software Architect & Engineering Lead (AI Platform)

We’re looking for a hands-on Engineering Lead who takes ownership — from architecture to delivery.

In this role, you will: Shape our software & AI architecture

• Lead and mentor a high-performing engineering team
• Build scalable microservices and agentic AI systems
• Drive innovation in Generative AI and AI agents (MCP-based)
• Work on a platform built with Python at its core

This is not a “delegate-only” role — we’re looking for someone who dives deep, solves problems, and builds the future with us.

On-site role (Venlo / Cluj, travel required)
