Job Responsibilities : The Cloud Services team is looking for an intern to be involved in the process of designing, implementing, and enhancing microservices for a major system used by our customers globally. You will develop and maintain microservices for Razer's Cloud Services team. The main area of work would cover:

• API design and implementation
• Developing microservices using container technologies
• Write unit tests and automated tests for APIs

The intern will gain exposure in:

• Linux environment
• Docker containers and Kubernetes
• Popular programming languages used in the Cloud like Golang, Python, Node
• Agile methodology for Software Development
• The life cycle of designing, implementing and building a large scale, global API system used by millions of users worldwide

Pre-Requisites :

• Bachelor's Degree / Diploma students in Computer Science, Computer Eng, Information Systems or related field
• Familiarity with at least 1 of these programming langage: Go, Python, Node.js
• Comfortable using Linux Shell
• Basic understanding of Web protocols and technologies such as HTTP, RESTful services, TCP/IP networking
• Basic understanding of containers like Docker or Kubernetes will be a bonus
• Interns who are able to commit full-time for a minimum of 6 months are preferred
