Software Developer Intern

Signify (formerly Philips Lighting) is looking for a Software Developer Intern to join our System Center Team to be based in Singapore for a 6-month internship. This internship will be a very hands-on opportunity to learn at the contact of experienced System Engineers on live projects.

What you’ll do & learn

• Work and coordinate with other team members in the business to understand internal resources (APIs, technical docs, etc) for the existing applications and software we deliver.

• Work on application and/or software integration specifications.

• Develop plans to implement such apps/software integration.

• Participate in the development of application.

• Ensure proper commenting of all the application/code created, with proper support documentation of the structure and architecture of the applications.

• Test and debug applications.

• Deploy applications on the appropriate platforms.

• Train users in the use of the applications.

Your qualifications

• Fresh graduates/Undergraduates with a Computer Science background are welcome to apply

• Knowledge and experience in Dart/Flutter SDKs

• Knowledge in AI topics and SDK

• Fluent in English

Good to have:

• Development knowledge in C/C++/Java/Python are all welcome

• Understanding of Microsoft Power Platform

• Experience in using or understand of JIRA for software development management

• General understanding of testing methodologies to support development of production applications.

You should be able to commit for min 6 months full time internship.
