Scope of duties:

Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement full-stack applications across a range of platforms
- Lead integration of third-party services including SSO (Microsoft, Google, GitLab), API
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable cloud-native solutions using
(Backstage and/or Port.io).
- Support digital transformation initiatives contributing to solution architecture,
- Manage multiple concurrent projects, driving planning, execution, and delivery
- Take ownership in bridging the gap between business requirements and technical

Legal and Regulatory Responsibilities:
policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements,
including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including
reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
Secondary duties:
- Comply with all applicable legal, regulatory and internal Compliance requirements,
policies and procedures as issued from time to time; Financial Security requirements,
including, but not limited to, the prevention of Financial Crime and Fraud including
reporting obligations to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer/Compliance Officer.
- Maintain appropriate knowledge to ensure to be fully qualified to undertake the role.

- Fluent in English written and spoken.
- Singapore based working hours will require the occasional need to accommodate
Candidate Profile
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development, ideally in consulting or
- Proficiency in modern programming languages such as C#, JavaScript/TypeScript,
- Practical experience with popular front-end and back-end frameworks (React,
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS preferred; Cloud Practitioner certified), API
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
Supplementary Information
- Ability to manage project deliverables independently while collaborating effectively in
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/LLM integration (e.g., GPT-4).
- Prior exposure to digital transformation or grant management platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering, or a related field.
