We're looking for a Software Development Manager who’s ready to lead a team, building and maintaining our market-leading suite of purpose-built software for specialty manufacturers and distributors.

Qualifications
- BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related technical discipline
- 5+ years’ experience in software development, including at least two years in a role with direct or indirect management responsibilities.
- Previously demonstrated project management success on similar projects, emphasizing experience with ERP application development.
- Overseeing development projects involving C#, Java, or related Object-Oriented Programming languages, ensuring best practices and high-quality outcomes
- Experience with modern application development workflows and version control systems like Azure DevOps, GitHub, GitLab, or Bitbucket.
- Proven professional experience working in CI/CD environments, with a strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle’s best practices and processes
