About the Role

As a Solar Sales Advisor, you’ll be the face of SolarSmart in your community. This is a field-based, consultative sales role with full training, ongoing support, and access to a proven sales process. You’ll help homeowners and businesses make the switch to solar — while building a business you can be proud of.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through local networking, referrals, and social media
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and qualify leads
  • Present clear, compelling proposals using our advanced digital tools
  • Conduct site visits and guide clients through the journey from quote to install
  • Manage client relationships and drive referrals through excellent service
  • Collaborate with head office to ensure a seamless handover to operations

What You Bring:

  • A confident communicator with a people-first mindset
  • Driven, self-starting, and comfortable working independently
  • Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, quoting software, etc.)
  • Experience in sales, property, energy, or trade services (a bonus, but not essential)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: €30,000.00-€80,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

  • Commission pay
