What you will do

  • Solution Ownership: Drive the end-to-end requirements and evolution of fintech solutions across the designated business area.
  • Requirements Gathering: Translate business goals into actionable solution specifications, epics, and user stories.
  • Roadmap & Backlog Management: Own and maintain a well-prioritized solution backlog in close collaboration with product managers and tech leads.
  • Cross-functional Leadership: Act as the main point of coordination across engineering, compliance, legal, and operations to ensure solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with organizational objectives.
  • Solution Architecture Collaboration: Work with solution and enterprise architects to ensure scalability, technical feasibility, and long-term maintainability.
  • Client & Partner Engagement: Support business development, presales, and client onboarding activities by articulating solution capabilities and value propositions.
  • Risk & Compliance Awareness: Ensure solutions comply with relevant industry standards (e.g., PCI DSS, KYC/AML, GDPR) and internal governance requirements.
  • Continuous Improvement: Leverage user feedback, performance data, and incident reports to drive iterative solution enhancements post-launch.


You will bring

  • 5-10 years of experience of customer interaction with preferable background in fintech domain or Telecommunication
  • Demonstrated success in SPM role Support within the Telecommunications, Fintech and Banking industry.
  • High-level understanding and passion for the fintech domain, including knowledge of industry trends and key players.
  • Strategic thinking and the ability to motivate people and align with company objectives.
