These strategic supply chain opportunities can include but are not limited to digital innovation, product innovation, large-scale migrations, workflow reengineering, data and analytics, operational change management, and business agility.

  • Governance: Implement governance structures to effectively govern both our partnership with the client, and the client’s engagement across various service offerings from TMT (Proserv/Polaris/Focus/Media Engineering, etc.)

  • Enablement & Change Management: To drive clients’ people and operating model change, it may be critical to define a training strategy to upskill technical and non-technical roles across the client’s organization to ensure effective adoption of TMT’s implemented solution and/or Polaris product.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with several types of business and technology client leaders to help strategize and manage their entire initiative, from concept to delivery

  • End-to-end ownership of a diverse range of projects and initiatives, interfacing and influencing amongst the other core account groups including internal and external business, product, engineering, architecture, and support teams

  • Assist in managing the full implementation lifecycle through all core project phases, including project set up, requirements gathering, workflow design, development, testing, and deployment

  • Conduct periodic reviews of deliverables and provide feedback both internally as well externally

  • Proactively identify risks, issues, and possible mitigation strategies, as required

  • Lead meetings with multiple client stakeholders and internal teams, including leadership and engineering, to effectively evangelize TMT services, products, alongside recommended 3rd party technologies to guide clients to adopt the right solution(s) at the right time to drive optimizations and automation

  • Building and maintain strong client relationships
