This position is a 12-month, full-time, benefits-eligible, non-tenure-track position located in Sioux Falls, South Dakota.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Faculty members plan, implement, and evaluate assigned courses either as an individual assignment or as a member of a teaching team.
SALARY RANGE:
Salary and rank are commensurate with qualifications, starting at $78,000 for Instructor level.

QUALIFICATIONS
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in Nursing upon application and a Master’s degree in Nursing completed by start date;
- Licensed by the South Dakota Board of Nursing, or eligible for licensure as evidenced by current licensure in another state;
- Two years of relevant clinical practice experience;
- Evidence of effective written communication skills;
- Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills; and
- Valid driver’s license, or ability to obtain one within 30 days of hire, and willingness to travel.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Doctoral preparation in Nursing or closely related discipline;
- Degree education from more than one degree-granting institution;
- Formal teaching experience in nursing; and
- Evidence of professional service in the field of nursing.
