Work you’ll do
Led by Deloitte Private, the Best Managed Companies (BMC) program is a leading business awards program, recognising excellence in privately-owned companies. Through the awards program, we share best practices, support company and sector growth, and build a community of the best private companies in Southeast Asia and around the world. This role will be part of the program team responsible for growing the Best Managed Companies community and eminence across Southeast Asia.
Responsibilities
This role will support Deloitte partners and teams in various aspects of the awards process, ensuring a seamless experience for participants and stakeholders.
The key responsibilities include:
- Manage the submission and review process for the awards applications, ensuring compliance with guidelines while meeting deadlines
- Provide support to the awards selection process, including interviews and labs delivery
- Maintain accurate records of applications and award recipients as inputs for the reports and presentations required for the BMC awards
- Oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of the awards ceremony and promotional activities and deliver a memorable awards experience for all award recipients
- Deliver a comprehensive range of projects, often with competing deadlines

Requirements
- Minimum 3 – 5 years of marketing communications or program experience, preferably in a professional services environment
- Strong project management skills with attention to detail and thorough execution
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively on multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and oral communications skills
- Experience with CRM tools such as SalesForce is an advantage
