Job Title: Specialist Technician

Salary: 34.882k p/a

Hours: 40hrs/wk

Responsibilities:

· Installation and programming of cloud-based IP wireless and wired systems.

· Providing systems technical support.

· Monitor and maintain systems and network.

· Ensure client’s data safety.

· Quality control of installed systems, meeting quality requirements and technical guidelines and procedures.

· Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve software and system issues, including network problems, fixing and replacing defective components when necessary.

· Perform pre-work Safety Risk Assessment.

Requirements:

· 1 year experience in IT technical support role and cloud-based IP systems.

· Experience as Electrical Electrician or knowledge in the area is advantageous.

· Certificate, diploma or equivalent in Electrotechnical Technician, Infrastructure of Networks Computer-Assisted Drawing (AutoCAD) is beneficial.

· Fluent English skills.

· Another language is advantageous.

· Ability to use Microsoft Office, as well as programming language.

· Must be customer focused and driven.

· The ability to problem solve and work on your own initiative or part of a busy team.

· Be well presented and must have a good work ethic.

· Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

· Flexibility to participate in on-call rota and overtime.

· Full clean Driving Licence.

· Clean Criminal Record.
