We’re currently looking for a Spectrum Authorized Retail Sales Representative to join our team and help us bring amazing products and services to our customers. What You’ll Do:

As a Spectrum Authorized Retail Sales Representative you’ll be on the front lines, connecting with customers, showcasing our latest products and services, and helping people find the right solutions for their needs. Your responsibilities will include:

• Engaging with customers to offer honest, helpful recommendations.
• Promoting in-store promotions and introducing new services with enthusiasm.
• Close sales and find opportunities to upsell where it makes sense.
• Working with your team to hit sales targets and celebrate success together.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in retail, sales, or customer service (telecom experience is a plus, but not required).
• A competitive spirit—you love a challenge and always strive to exceed your goals.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly.
