$155,400 - $295,000 yearly

Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with high-profile clients, ensuring their unique needs are met with exceptional service.
  • Represent clients in the buying, selling, and leasing of luxury properties, providing expert guidance throughout the transaction process.
  • Leverage advanced tools and resources to identify and secure exclusive real estate opportunities for clients.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop and implement strategic marketing plans that elevate property visibility and client engagement.
  • Stay informed about market trends and insights to offer clients the most current and relevant advice.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with a focus on achieving the best outcomes for clients.
  • Coordinate and manage property showings, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for all parties involved.
Qualifications:
  • Experience in luxury real estate sales or a related field, demonstrating a strong understanding of high-end market dynamics.
