We invite Sports Betting Operational Executive to join VeliSports product team

This role represents an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual to develop their skills and confidence as part of a small and progressive team, and to grow with the business. (This is an entry-level position).

In this role you will:

• Answer trading queries from B2B customers in a fast and efficient manner
• Manage Pre-Match and Live Content
• Monitor customer sites to ensure accurate odds and display, troubleshooting as required to deliver a positive customer experience
• Oversee settlement, intervening manually as necessary
• Perform live risk and liability management
• Accurately and proactively profile the customer base
• Handle and escalate technical issues
• Contribute to the growth of a new team with a proactive approach and ideas

Skills and experience you will need:

• Entry-level experience in Sports Betting
• Cricket and Horse Racing knowledge is an advantage
• Good analytical and mathematical ability
• Aptitude in Excel
• Strong customer service ethos
• Demonstrable problem-solving skills
• A thirst to learn and succeed
• Ability to learn new skills quickly
• A natural multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Flexible approach to working irregular hours
• Passionate and knowledgeable about sport
• Excellent communication skills
• Fluent in English

Job Type: Full-time, Office-based

Location: Makati

Schedule: 5 x 8-hour shift. 24/7 shift pattern

Supplemental pay: 13th month
