Due to continued growth, Ace Autobody has exciting opportunities for experienced Spray Painters to join our expert teams across Ireland. We are looking for qualified, dedicated professionals who take pride in high-quality workmanship and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Position Titles: Spray Painter

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare vehicles for painting through sanding, masking, filling, and priming
• Mix, match, and adjust paint colours using paint-matching technology and supplier systems
• Apply base coats, top coats, and clear coats using spray guns and controlled spray booth environments
• Inspect painted surfaces for accuracy, defects, texture, and colour consistency
• Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and environmental regulations for hazardous materials

Skills & Qualifications

• Recognised qualification in Automotive Painting
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a professional bodyshop environment
• Excellent knowledge of modern repair and refinishing methods
• Competence in the safe use of workshop equipment and tools
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Full, clean driving licence required
