Sr Associate Project Manager

The Sr Associate Project Manager is responsible for providing support to the Medical Directors that support the above country initiatives in the OUS region: ELMAC and JPAC. This role will support the Medical Director in the respective OUS region with meeting management, budget oversight, communicating with the affiliates and tracking of key initiatives

Responsibilities include:

• Facilitate annual planning and budget process
• Point of Contact and coordinate communication and meetings with affiliates
• Engage with relevant team members to support key initiatives and to ensure deliverables are met
• Organize and facilitate meetings as needed
• Oversight and tracking of critical team initiatives including budget management
