JR67400 Sr. Manager, Heterogeneous Integration Group(HIG), High Bandwidth Memory(HBM)

As the Sr. Manager of HIG HBM PE Industrial Engineering, you will lead Industrial Engineering operations and develop a high-performing team to drive Engineering Operations & IE NRG activities while aligning the team with the Product Engineering Strategy of End-to-End Ownership. You will collaborate across functions within and outside of HBM to meet both strategic and tactical objectives and lead the transformation of the HBM PE organization.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Develop and enhance the capabilities of regional PE Industrial Engineering team members and leaders.

    • Ensure centralized and regional consistency and excellence in Tactical Engineering Operations (NPI + HVM) support for HBM products: PE Lot Packing & Shipment, product flow support, on-time delivery, inventory and yield management.

    • Drive key deliverables such as HIG HBM Inventory Management, optimization of inventory levels and Engineering holds, NPI Wafer and OPEX/Cost Management, signaling PE Demand to Manufacturing, and ensuring timely delivery to our engineering teams.

    • Develop and maintain dashboards to track key performance metrics and drive data-driven decision-making. Conduct regular audits to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.

    • Define new/experimental flows for evolving engineering needs.

    • Manage HBM Data Governance, including attribute management and communication with Master Data teams.

    • Understand manufacturing, supply chain, and technical challenges to drive efficient solutions in material delivery for technology development and qualifications.

  • Demonstrate Strategic Leadership by optimizing the operation of HIG HBM Product Engineering through core end-to-end ownership strategy while reinforcing strong customer-centric stakeholder collaboration. Optimize the cost of HIG HBM engineering footprint in Singapore through strategic engagement with the Economic Development Board (EDB) in both securing grant funding and cording the team to pass ongoing audits.

  • Model Collaboration by fostering One Micron culture. Build strong relationships and work closely with cross-functional partners in multiple areas, including technical and industrial engineering within TPG, Quality, Fab, Production Operations Management (POM), Finance, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment and cohesion in achieving HBM Product Engineering goals. Drive regular engagements and team networking sessions with key stakeholders to build a culture of collaboration.

  • Lead by Example by inspiring and guiding Operations and Industrial Engineering teams and the broader HBM Organization. Foster an environment that encourages the team to live Micron Values while building resilience and accountability. Lead PE transformation efforts to ensure teams, processes, and systems are dynamic and agile, aligning with current and future HBM objectives.

  • Inspire and Advocate for IE functional alignment to PE Vision, Mission, and Strategy. Drive consensus on aligned solutions across the organization. Steer the organization to deliverables that maximize business value and drive outcomes-focused efforts. Focus the team on program execution while building organizational efficiency and elevating culture and engagement.

  • Be a Micron Brand Ambassador by positively influencing and shaping the Product Engineering Culture of One Micron. Attract, develop, manage, and retain top Product Engineering talent in the organization.

Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (or IE-equivalent degrees) or other fields of Engineering; with MBA preferred.

  • 7+ years of relevant IE or IE-equivalent experience in the field of semiconductors or memory products.

  • Proven track record of collaborative work within/across teams to address sophisticated business and engineering problems.

  • Effective prioritization, project management, planning, and organization skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Experience leading or being part of a Global Organization.

  • Strong sense of responsibility and accountability towards assigned role with professional work ethic.

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally.
