Job Duties
- Assist the accounting team by maintaining general ledger schedules for audit support.
- Fixed assets and Inventory transaction reporting.
- Review work order costs prior to closing.
- Reconcile general ledger accounts and provide audit support.
- Understanding of the General Ledger.
- Verify and post General Ledger journal entries.
- Assists in preparation of month end reporting.
- Participate in various analysis projects.
- Assist accounting team with various transactional work as needed.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, 7 plus years in accounting. Manufacturing experience preferred
- Proficient Excel Skills
- Ability to work independently, possess good verbal and written communication skills. Willing to handle transactional work
- Should demonstrate the following competencies: collect and research data, identify and resolve problems in a timely manner, gather and analyze information skillfully, demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness, and completes work in a timely manner
