Kuils River Primary Oceania is our newly formed entity that merges the Kuils River Primary Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Kuils River Primary Australia operations, aimed at enhancing our competitive position in the trans-Tasman dairy market. The integration of Kuils River Primary Brands New Zealand (FBNZ) and Kuils River Primary Australia builds on similarities to outperform the competition, create scale and synergies, and will strengthen our competitive edge. This role will join a team that helps to build an even stronger trans-Tasman dairy business with reach across Oceania and beyond.
We have three FBNZ operated sites in Takanini, Eltham and Palmerston North, and two central distribution centres in Auckland and Christchurch, with the largest chilled foods network across New Zealand. Our Takanini Site has three manufacturing plants - Beverages, Food and UHT, produces around 240,00 MT of product and has an annual Opex spend of approximately 100 Million.

The Staff Shop at our Takanini site serves a diverse range of Kuils River Primary employees, visitors, and contractors. As our Staff Shop Assistant, you will be responsible for selling and promoting our premium consumer brands to on-site personnel. This role requires delivering exceptional customer service in a dynamic and physically active environment. This position offers an excellent opportunity to showcase your customer relationship skills in a fast-paced setting with considerable day-to-day variety.
The standard hours for this position are Monday to Thursday, 09:30am - 7:00pm and Friday 08:00am - 4:00pm, with potential flexibility available for the right candidate.

About you | Mōu
We seek a motivated and enthusiastic individual to bring their talents to our Staff Shop. In this busy role, you will ensure each customer enjoys a positive shopping experience through both face-to-face interactions and fulfilling orders via our internal web store. Beyond customer service responsibilities, you will manage stock replenishment and maintain inventory accuracy through physical and systematic controls.
Ideally, you will have previous customer service or administrative experience. However, we welcome applications from candidates looking to transition careers or enhance their customer service capabilities.
Key requirements include:

• Ability to work in refrigerated environments as needed for inventory management
• Sufficient physical capacity for handling stock and merchandise
• Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications
