Role Profile:
Reporting to the Staging Team Leader, this position is primarily that of a Staging and Support Operative. Working as part of the Staging Team this role will be responsible for staging devices as required by the customer.
Essential Responsibilities:
- Primarily fulfill orders, replacement devices and enrolling of security profiles on new mobile devices
- Ensure SLAs are achieved
- Monitoring the shared mailboxes and replying within agreed SLA
- Profile testing on handsets
- Attending weekly/monthly calls with customers as required
- Ability to quickly build rapport with customers, colleagues and management
- Ordering and control of incoming and outgoing stock
- Manage and contribute to knowledge database
- Provide support to the TMM Technical Support team as required
- Ad hoc duties as required

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Administration experience
- Attention to detail and excellent organisational skills
- Good computer literacy
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office, in particular Microsoft Excel
- Previous experience providing an excellent customer service experience
- Fluent English language skills: Able to communicate with customers on a day-to-day basis via telephone, email & chat services.
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term
Pay: €28,860.00 per year
