Store Assistant

Full-time | Entry-level | Open to Grade 12 or College Graduates

We’re looking for someone reliable, proactive, and ready to grow with us.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, texts, chats, and emails professionally and on time
• Assist walk-in customers and help them choose products
• Welcome and assist clients during events or trainings
• Prepare quotes and send emails to clients
• Upload and organize videos on YouTube
• Help with event preparations

Qualifications:

• Knows how to prioritize tasks and work well under pressure
• Familiar with Google Sheets, YouTube, Facebook, Canva
• Can work independently—hindi kailangang bantayan, may kusa
• Has a growth mindset, aims for excellence, and accepts feedback well.
• Willing to be coached, hindi maramdamin

Note:
You won’t be doing all tasks at once. Most activities depend on the weekly schedule. Support during seminars/trainings is only 2–3 times a month.
