What you’ll do:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
• Lead, motivate, and develop the store team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supply chain to ensure stock availability. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance the store's appearance and appeal.
• Analyse sales data and market trends to develop effective sales strategies.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and feedback in a professional manner.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff.
• Manage the store's budget, including expenses and payroll.

• Proven experience as a Store Manager or in a similar retail management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
