Ready to lead your own store?
We’re looking for a confident and experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Queensgate. You’ll be responsible for running the day-to-day operations, coaching and developing your team, and creating a positive, high-performing store environment.
This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for people and product – someone who loves sales, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and leads with care, confidence, and energy.
Here’s what’s on offer:
Role –
- Rostered Hours: Tuesday to Saturday
- Minimum Hours: 40 hours per week
- Salary: $64,000 annually + bonus potential !
What your day will look like:
- Leading and managing the daily operations of your store
- Coaching your team to deliver great results and memorable customer experiences
- Driving sales and motivating your team to exceed targets
- Championing a fun, inclusive, and supportive team culture
- Overseeing store presentation, stock levels and visual merchandising
- Managing admin, reporting and other key operational tasks
