As the Store Operations Support Administrator at MUJI Sales Support Service (SSS), you will provide comprehensive operational support to stabilise and streamline store operations, driving both efficiency and the company's ongoing growth. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Monitor sales metrics and provide ongoing operational support to optimise store performance
Facilitate seamless information sharing between stores and SSS to support smooth, daily operations
Manage inventory levels, equipment, and order store supplies on a weekly, monthly, and bi-annual basis
Routinely audit store transactions, and maintain safety and security checklists
Update and improve operational processes and manuals
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and assist with broader projects

- Retail experience in a Supervisor, Administrator, or similar role
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and everyday computer functions
- Strong ability to manage routine tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
- Exceptional attention to detail, with well-developed time management, organisational, and communication skills
- Proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, take initiative, and collaborate with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and adapt quickly to change
- Proven capability to work seamlessly with internal teams across the organisation to successfully deliver assigned responsibilities
