Store Supervisor

• College Graduate
• At least 2–3 years of experience in the restaurant industry
• Proven ability in managing staff flow, handling concerns, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations
• Supports the Area Manager in achieving sales targets and maintaining store standards across multiple branches
• Dependable, approachable, and takes initiative during shifts
• Has a clear service-first mindset—understands that customer experience comes first
• Confident in using POS systems, performing inventory checks, and assisting with reporting and store procedures
• Thrives in high-pressure environments
• Willing to take on greater responsibilities over time
• Knows how to drive 4-wheeled vehicle is an advantage but not required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19,000.00 - Php22,000.00 per month
