Store Supervisor - Baliwag

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and motivate the team to achieve and exceed sales targets
• Monitor and manage OPEX to ensure cost efficiency
• Analyze stocks, sales, and deliveries to identify fast- and slow-moving items
• Implement strategies to reduce merchandise losses and boost profitability
• Train and develop staff to improve performance and productivity
• Ensure smooth day-to-day store operations

You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution — making sure everything runs efficiently while delivering great customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:

✔ Bachelor’s Degree in any business-related course
✔ At least 1 years of management experience in retail or related industries
✔ Strong leadership, analytical, and decision-making skills
✔ Results-driven and operations-focused
