We’re Looking For
An analytically minded corporate finance professional who is eager to contribute to enterprise-wide financial insights, capital management and strategic decision making within a listed organisation with continued growth aspirations.
What You’ll Do
As an Analyst within the Strategic Finance team, you will support Stockland’s enterprise-wide financial analysis, capital management assessments and strategic decision making. Working closely with the Senior Commercial Manager and the Investor Relations team, this role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining top down financial models, analysing earnings and valuation impacts, and monitoring peer and market performance.
You will contribute to high quality insights and materials for senior leaders, including the CFO and Executive team, helping inform Stockland’s financial outlook, key value drivers and emerging opportunities and risks. This role exists to strengthen the quality, consistency and clarity of financial insights that underpin strategic decisions across the organisation.

You are passionate about financial analysis and commercial decision making, and you enjoy working at the intersection of strategy, finance and stakeholder engagement. You are looking for a role where your analytical, financial modelling and equity research skills can influence enterprise level outcomes and where you can continue to develop under the mentorship of a high performing finance environment.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Commerce, Finance or similar
- One to three years’ experience as a Finance Analyst in real estate, professional services or investment banking environments
- Strong financial modelling, data analysis and business performance analysis capability
- Experience preparing insights and materials for senior stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
