Job Description

• Develop and execute strategies for partners and clients in areas of operations, business development, growth hacking and digital marketing.
• Manage, plan and oversee venture building consultancy projects.
• Drive venture building and digital transformation projects towards success.
• Identify and engage potential clients.
• Prepare and present business proposals.
• Contribute positively to the culture and motivation of the team.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Business Administration, Entreprenuership or equivalent
• Experience in a startup environment greatly preferred
• Able to operate independently
• Able to operate in an uncertain environment
• Able to analyse and breakdown complex situations into manageable tasks
• Strong project management skills and able to use relevant software (Microsoft Office or equivalent)
• Able to develop or improve work processes around software and productivity tools
• Open, collaborative and creative thinking and problem solving mindset.
