REQUIREMENTS

• 6+ years of experience in creative strategy consulting, brand strategy, brand management, user research, product design, and/or marketing or equivalent, including experience in a directly applicable creative/design agency or consulting environment.
• Outstanding verbal, written, and visual communications skills, with an emphasis on bold visual storytelling.
• Experience conducting end-to-end qualitative research experience, designing, planning, conducting, and synthesizing research, ideally within a design or innovation environment.
• Familiarity with human-centered design principles, methodologies, and tools.
• Experience with quantitative survey design and analysis is a plus.
• Content strategy and copywriting experience is a plus.
• Collaborative with a readiness to jump in and work with a diverse group of people and spearhead brainstorms and conversations.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and translating complex information into actionable insights.
