Customer Service Representative (Full-time in the summer, Part-time later)
Service Ontario offices- located at 10909 Yonge St. in RICHMOND HILL, and AURORA - 35 SUNDAY DRIVE are seeking outgoing, organized, and professional customer service representatives to join our team and provide top-notch service to customers at the Service Ontario private issuing office (operated by a private company)
Customer Service Representative: Duties and Responsibilities
- Maintain updated knowledge of relevant Service Ontario services in order to provide adequate services to customers
- Promptly respond to and resolve customer issues
- Process health card, driver's license and vehicle transactions accurately by following prescribed protocol
- Obtain necessary information from customers to adequately and efficiently process transactions
- Foster and maintain relationships with customers to improve retention rate
Customer Service Agent: Requirements and Qualifications
- Must be available to work shifts between the hours of 9 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday -Friday and 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. on Saturdays. Flexibility with your availability is required within this time frame
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Multilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication skills in English
- Experience in a fast-paced customer service-related role would be an asset
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Strong keyboarding skills
- Ability to foster and maintain working relationships
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage numerous priorities in a busy office environment
- Positive and service-oriented attitude
- Ability to learn and thrive in a fast-paced and sometimes high-pressure environment while maintaining a high level of customer service
- Intermediate computer skills
- Willingness to work as part of a team
- Efficient, organized and a natural problem solver
- High level of patience and ability to manage a variety of customer needs
- Must be able to provide an acceptable Criminal Record & Judicial Matters Check (CRJMC) upon being hired
Pay: $18.00-$26.00 per hour
