**Job Summary:**

The Intern/On-the-Job Training Student will gain hands-on experience in various aspects of construction and site management. This position is designed to provide practical knowledge and skills in construction operations, project management, safety practices, and teamwork. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic about learning, has a keen interest in construction, and is pursuing a relevant field of study.

**Key Responsibilities:**

1. **Assisting with Site Operations:**

- Support site supervisors and project managers with daily tasks.

- Assist in monitoring and documenting site activities.

2. **Learning Project Management:**

- Gain exposure to project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation.

- Assist in preparing and updating project documentation.

3. **Quality Control:**.

- Help maintain detailed records of quality control checks.

4. **Documentation and Reporting:**

- Assist in maintaining site logs, inspection reports, and other documentation.

- Support the preparation of progress reports ..

5. **Team Collaboration:**

- Work closely with different teams, including site workers, engineers, and subcontractors.

**Qualifications:**

- **Education:**

Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree program in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Industrial Engineering or a any related field.

- **Skills:**

- Strong interest in construction industry.

- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.

- Attention to detail and a proactive attitude.

Job Type: OJT (On the job training)

Contract length: 2 months

Pay: Php150.00 per day
