Role Overview
As a Sub‑Prime Automotive Finance Advisor, you will work closely with fellow finance advisors, sales professionals, lenders, and leadership to deliver tailored financing solutions for customers. Success in this role comes from collaboration, transparency, and a shared commitment to helping clients secure reliable transportation while supporting their credit goals.
You will be supported by well-developed systems, steady inbound leads, and a team-oriented environment where knowledge sharing and mutual success are core values.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with sales and finance team members to structure effective sub‑prime financing solutions
- Work directly with lending partners to secure approvals and optimize financing terms
- Guide customers through the vehicle financing and sales process with clarity and professionalism
- Maintain open communication with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experience
- Build long‑term relationships with customers, lenders, and colleagues
- Actively manage and follow up on inbound leads in coordination with the broader team
- Support customers in rebuilding and improving credit through responsible financing solutions
Professional Qualifications
- Minimum 2 year of Sub‑Prime Automotive Finance experience
- and
- 2+ years of automotive sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a team‑first mindset
- Proven ability to negotiate, problem‑solve, and close transactions collaboratively
- Excellent customer service skills and professional presentation
- Solid understanding of sales processes and financial fundamentals
- Strong numerical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, team‑driven sales environmentWhat We Offer
