Your Impact:

  • Execute with Guidance: Assist in building and maintaining ecommerce platform features under supervision.
  • Hands-On Coding and Testing: Write clean, efficient code and assist in unit testing to maintain software quality, focusing on best practices and user experience.
  • Debug and Troubleshoot: Help identify and fix basic coding issues.
  • Participate in Continuous Learning: Engage in learning activities to enhance your software development skills and explore concepts like cloud architecture and microservices.
  • Improve Site Performance: Contribute to performance optimization efforts to enhance the speed and reliability of the platform.
  • Monitor Services: Assist in monitoring the health and performance of ecommerce services.
  • Engage in Team Ceremonies: Actively participate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews, learning about the development lifecycle.
  • Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with UX designers, product team, testing and other developers to ensure a user-friendly experience across the platform.
  • Experience in Fast-Paced Environment: Thrive in a dynamic setting, adjusting to shifting priorities and deadlines while maintaining a high level of productivity
  • Contribute Innovative Ideas: Offer creative solutions and insights during team discussions, contributing to the continuous improvement of our platform.

Minimum Salary: $23.00

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Qualifications

Your Experience:

  • Has experience with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, Golang) and are eager to expand your technical skills.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work well in a team.
  • Familiarity with web development, APIs, or cloud services is a plus, but not required.
  • Eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Has a strong desire to learn, whether it’s coding best practices, ecommerce architecture, or the latest cloud technologies.
  • Enjoys solving complex challenges with creativity and precision, while constantly seeking ways to improve.
