Your Role:

Victoria’s Secret & Co’s ESG Strategy team partners with teams across the organization to plan and drive positive change in our products and operations. We are seeking a Sustainability Intern who is passionate and knowledgeable about the intersection of fashion and sustainability to contribute to our forward-looking strategy.

Your Impact:

• Research and benchmark external industry and global apparel trends
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities and make recommendations
• Assist in completing ESG assessments, reporting, and membership requirements
• Support internal teams on pursuing sustainability initiatives
• Identify opportunities to engage with customers and associates on our work complete to date
• Create presentations and present to internal stakeholders

VS&Co provides a range of compensation for this role as shown. Your actual salary will be determined by a number of factors, including: your specific skills and experience, geographic region, or other relevant factors.

Your Experience:

• An excellent grasp of sustainability, environmental concepts and issues, fashion, and global supply chains
• Knowledge of, or experience in, ESG-related assessments and reporting frameworks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to foster and maintain collaborative relationships with local and global teams.
• A willingness to learn and work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
• An ability to be organized and detail-oriented with ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• An ability to handle sensitive and confidential company materials.
• Initiative and the ability to work independently with direction as well as on a team
• Pursuing a B.A./B.S. in a relevant field
• Experience and knowledge in Sustainability/Corporate Responsibility, ESG, Apparel & Fashion, Business and/or Supply Chain Management
• Strong research, analytical and writing skills; clear verbal and written communication.
• Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills, including ability to synthesize data and information and offer recommendations/solutions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, etc.).
